MLM recruiting is one subject that most network marketers want more information on because they find this to be a very difficult thing to do. Recruiting does not come easy for many but I am going to share with you a five step process that I use that keeps me recruiting new reps in my business.

You have to have methods that you use to turn prospects into leads and then you have to take it a couple steps further and get them into your primary business. Some people are more experienced and they know how to generate their own leads and they don’t have to prospect. Most people are new and they don’t have a list and they need to learn how to prospect for their business.

MLM Recruiting made easy with Presentation

Marketing online is a great way to have hundreds of people see your presentation without you having to do home parties saying the same things over and over. It actually gives you leverage in your business. The facts are that only about 3% of people who you ever talk to about your business is ever going to join so you must make sure that you have a good funnel in place. It all starts with a very good online presentation funnel that you have setup. The key is to send prospects to a presentation, follow up with your prospects, close the sale and then get your team to duplicate what you are doing.

MLM Recruiting – Follow up after the Presentation

Before you send your link to your prospect, be sure to schedule a follow up time with them. Some people will watch the presentation and some will not. If you have a time to follow up, most people will watch because they know that you will be calling at a certain time and day. Once you call to make the follow up, if they have not watched the presentation I would just move on to the next person who has. Once you make the connection with a prospect that has watched the presentation, you want to ask them a series of questions. What did they think about the presentation, how would they build it, and what did they like the most about it. At this point, you need to stop talking and let them answer.

Now that you have follow up and took the time to listen to what they had to say about the presentation, it’s time to make a sale and close them in. Just say it looks like you are ready to get started and ask for the close and guide them as they go through the sign up process.

Duplication is the name of the game. You may be a great MLM recruiter but you must teach your success secrets down to your team or you will not reach your financial goals. You will have people leaving the business, just as fast as you are recruiting if your team is not duplicating what you are doing. The key here is to create a training site so that you can share with your team so everyone is doing the exact same thing.
