Most affiliate commissions have two tier programs, so you will get paid off of them and off the people that they bring in. Now they know when they bring some one to the team, they will also get affiliate commissions too. Now when your team has something to pass along to help with training. This is a very powerful tool when used correctly.

You look at what is getting results for you and you write them down. You use it as leverage. Now you how something to refer them to. Now you can spend more valuable time together in the most valuable way with the details. You can create a viral version so that they can give it away to their them. You still get a piece of it too because you are a level higher. Your team will find so much value in this.
